Position Paper Released

    Thank you for this detailed position paper we can use for law creation/changes and the 'transformation initiative'! I'm glad to see you put MH Centers as #1! They're SO inadequate, and even pathetic regarding quality, THERAPUTIC counseling services. The criminal justice system is even worse.
    Thank you for putting the 2 major physical offenders up front, funding and laws! Oklahoma has funding and laws for the wild west! Its this wild west MENTALITY that Oklahomans must move from to create a community of care and service for its people. Today Oklahoma is a state of people, not cattle.
    Thank you for creating this comprehensive list of issues, defining the needs of the people, and presenting areas for major improvement!!!
    Now, how do we change the MENTALITY of those who make the laws and dole out the funding?
